Shipping Policy
**All in-stock orders are usually shipped on Mondays and Thursdays via USPS (subject to change). Orders placed Thursdays – Mondays will be shipped on Mondays and orders placed Mondays – Thursdays will be shipped on Thursdays (subject to change). Orders must be placed by 8 AM EST on those shipping days to be shipped on that same day (subject to change). If the Monday is a holiday orders will ship the next available day.
All damaged items must be returned back to me within 72 hours (3 days). If your mailing information has changed, please contact me IMMEDIATELY prior to you have the option to change your address in your account. I will not be held responsible if your order is not mailed to the correct address because you change your address in your account and notify me. Once again orders are mailed every Monday.
CUSTOMERS should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders or they need to select “signature required” shipping. I will not held responsible for package theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier. Splendour And Glamour is not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of my control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm.
I do have the right to refuse service to any customer as the owner of Splendour And Glamour.
**IF an order contains both In Stock and Coming Soon Items (PRE-ORDER Items), the entire order will ship when Coming Soon (Pre-Order) pieces arrive from Paparazzi. Due to COVID-19 delays, Coming Soon (Pre-order) claimed items arrive 2-3 weeks from order date. If you need items that is placed within that particular order before the Coming Soon (Pre-Order) arrived you may feel free to have separate orders.

Return Policy
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You have the ability to remove/add items to your cart prior to paying. Please make sure your cart is accurate prior to paying for your order.
-Return/Exchange/Refund: You have 3 days (72 hours) from the day you receive your package with jewelry to contact me and send pictures of item with any damages and order number to Splendourandglamour_2021@yahoo.com. No refunds will be given. Item(s) that are damaged MUST be returned back to me within 72 hours (3 days) with tracking details. Once received, if the item is still available, I will replace it. If not, I will give you a store credit equal to the value of the damaged item returned. The item must return in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms you described. I will only accept returns if item or items are damage, if item is been worn and/or removed from the original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.
